The importance of networking in a working environment is very important, the more people you know, the more and better chances you have of getting somewhere, but knowing the right people, will get you even further.

The movie “swingers” we see the struggle of a guy trying to get over his girlfriend, and then we have his friend who is very confident about himself and his friend. In the movie, we see how one of the characters shows a very low self-steam and shy, and his friend how’s very outgoing and confident about him self and gets more opportunities than his friend who loses big opportunities. The working environment is the same, the more confident people get more opportunity in the job industry, and the more shy or less confident and unprepared have less chance of succeeding. While looking for a job one has to be confident about oneself and never giving up if rejected by the company, there’s always going to be more opportunities out there, it’s just a matter of putting the effort in it.
